FAQ
-
Do you do commissions?Yes, I do! Commissions are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
-
How long does a commission take to complete?Commissions can vary significantly based on the overall size, complexity of the piece, adequate drying time, etc. My best estimation for a single commission is anywhere between 3 - 12 months. Please, email me at artofcodygabel@gmail.com and I'd be happy to discuss in detail your personal timetable.
-
How does the commission process work?Feel free to email me directly with any commission requests! I try my best to accommodate everyone. My process is as followed: - I like to have an email consultation with you and ask you specific questions that are tailored to your piece. If you're in the Billings, MT area and would like to meet in person, I'd be happy to have an in-person consultation. - Once the agreed upon details of the commission are met, there is a non-refundable 50% deposit required to reserve your place in line. - I like to communicate throughout the process. I will send a design sketch for approval, a mid-process photo of the piece, and a final photo once the piece is completed. - Once the final piece is approved by you, the remaining balance must be paid before it is shipped, delivered, or picked up. I am always available for further questions regarding your commission(s). Please, don't hesitate to email me!
-
Where do you ship?I ship anywhere in the United States for free! At the moment, I don't ship outside the United States. It is a goal to expand internationally soon.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?Yes. I accept returns within the first 30 days starting at the date of purchase on everything except for commissions and original pieces. Commission and original pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable. Exchanges may be made at anytime within the first 30 days starting at the date of purchase on any other items excluding commission and original pieces.
